At RADIO ACTIVE, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit provided that:

• Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• Original tags are attached.

• Items are returned in their original condition.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

RADIO ACTIVE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items

• Discounted merchandise

• Promotional items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We are happy to exchange eligible items for another size if inventory is available.

If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item.

Store Credit

Eligible returns may be exchanged for store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit does not expire and may be used toward future purchases on the RADIO ACTIVE website.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as RADIO ACTIVE is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
