During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

International Shipping

RADIO ACTIVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, RADIO ACTIVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
We will do our best to assist when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
RADIO ACTIVE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
